Our founder, Katie Stricker, started reinvenTHIS with one simple premise in mind; that when you bring together purpose and people with the goal of making progress, anything can be reinvented.
This perspective was borne out of the professional life experience of our founder. Katie’s purpose has always been to connect with people in meaningful ways, to learn, and ask, “what’s next?” This mindset led to leading groundbreaking and innovative initiatives consistently during her 20+ year career, and ultimately to start the HR tech platform Sayge.
